Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Canada. This means faster delivery times for Canadian customers with no customs delays or surprise fees.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2-4 business days
  • Western Canada (BC, AB): 4-6 business days
  • Atlantic Canada: 4-6 business days
  • Northern regions: 5-8 business days
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, you'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or in your account dashboard.

Products & Mining

Are your miners new or used?

Unless specifically listed as refurbished, all our mining hardware is brand new and sealed in original packaging. Refurbished units are clearly marked and come with their own warranty.

Do you provide setup support?

Yes! We provide basic setup guidance for all our products. If you need help configuring your miner, connecting to a pool, or troubleshooting, reach out to our support team at contact@luckyhash.ca.

What power supply do I need?

Power requirements vary by miner model. Check the product specifications for exact wattage needs. We recommend using a PSU rated at least 20% above the miner's stated power consumption. Many of our miners include the necessary power supply.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened items in original packaging. Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I return a miner with custom firmware or that has been overclocked?

No. Miners that have been loaded with modified or custom firmware, or that have been overclocked beyond manufacturer specifications, are not eligible for return or refund. This also voids the manufacturer warranty. We inspect all returned units, and any signs of firmware modification, overclocking, or tampering will result in the return being denied.

What warranty do you offer?

All new products come with the manufacturer's warranty (typically 6-12 months depending on the product), provided the unit has not been modified or overclocked. We facilitate warranty claims on your behalf and provide support throughout the process.

Payment & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. For large orders, we may also accept bank transfers—contact us for details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to make changes. Contact us immediately at contact@luckyhash.ca if you need to modify your order.
